1. The Short Version

Be honest. Be respectful. Be here for the right reasons. Don't waste other people's time or trust.

2. What We Expect From Everyone

Be Honest

Only share information you know to be true. Don't exaggerate, omit material facts, or present speculation as certainty. If you're not sure about something, say so.

Be Transparent

Disclose conflicts of interest. If you have a prior relationship with a founder, a competing interest, or a financial stake in a decision, say so. Transparency is not optional on this platform — it's the product.

Be Respectful

Engage with other members professionally and constructively. Disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not. Personal attacks, harassment, and intimidation have no place here.

Be Here for the Right Reasons

Pandi Now exists to connect purpose-driven founders with aligned funders. Use the platform for that. Don't use it to harvest contacts, solicit outside the platform's intended purpose, or promote unrelated products or services.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are not permitted on the platform under any circumstances:

• Harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive language directed at any member
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Sharing false, misleading, or fabricated information about yourself, your initiative, or other members
• Soliciting other members outside of the platform's intended purpose (e.g. cold pitching unrelated products)
• Sharing another member's private or confidential information without their consent
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's processes — including approaching Pandi Now-introduced funders off-platform during an Engagement Period
• Posting spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertising
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person or organization
• Any conduct that violates applicable law

4. Founder-Specific Guidelines

• Do not make promises or guarantees about investment returns or initiative outcomes
• Do not misrepresent your team's credentials, experience, or track record
• Do not present projections as facts — label them clearly as estimates
• Update your listing promptly when material information changes
• Engage with interested funders seriously and in good faith

5. Funder-Specific Guidelines

• Conduct your own due diligence — do not rely solely on platform information
• Engage with founders seriously — do not request data room access or detailed materials unless you have genuine interest
• Respect confidentiality — do not share founder materials with third parties without consent
• Do not use the platform to gather competitive intelligence for unrelated purposes

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe another member has violated these guidelines, please report it to hi@pandinow.com with the subject line "Community Report." Include as much detail as possible. Pandi Now will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

Pandi Now does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.

7. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• A written warning
• Temporary suspension of platform access
• Permanent removal from the platform
• Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits

Pandi Now reserves the right to take action proportionate to the severity and frequency of violations, at its sole discretion.

8. These Guidelines Evolve

As the platform grows, so will these guidelines. We will notify members of material changes with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
