Read the agreements that apply when you use Pandi Now. Choose your role below each title to see whether a document applies to you; everyone should review the Platform Entry Agreement, Member Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you make charitable contributions through the platform, review the Donation & Contribution Terms first. If you list an initiative, review the Platform Fee Schedule (below). Before engaging with venture opportunities or investing, review the Investment & Risk Disclosure (below).
Platform Entry Agreement
Required for everyone.
By creating an account you agree to use Pandi Now honestly, lawfully, and in good faith. Pandi Now is an introduction and transparency platform — not a broker-dealer, advisor, or guarantor. Information on the platform comes from other users; you are responsible for your own decisions.

Required for everyone.
Outlines what membership is (a profile and access to initiatives) and what it isn't (a guarantee of funding or a partnership). You agree to the Member Standard: honesty, transparency, respect, compliance, and accountability in everything you do on the platform.

Founders / project owners only.
Sets the terms for listing an initiative: a 12-month committed engagement period, exclusivity to Pandi Now during that window, and a success-based platform fee on capital raised from funders we introduce. If we make no qualifying introductions in 12 months, your obligations end automatically.

Founders / project owners listing initiatives (see Venture Listing Agreement).
Success-based pricing only: no listing or subscription fees; the success fee applies when capital closes from a qualifying Pandi Now introduction. Describes what triggers payment, what counts toward the fee, carve-outs, the 12-month no-results release, invoicing, and updates with 30 days notice. Incorporated by reference into the Venture Listing Agreement.

Funders, donors, and investors only.
You acknowledge that contributing or investing carries risk including total loss, that you will conduct your own due diligence, and that Pandi Now does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Some venture opportunities require accredited-investor status under applicable law.

Before engaging with any venture or committing capital on the platform.
Explains that Pandi Now is not a broker-dealer or advisor, does not vet investment merit, and that listings are not recommendations. Covers total loss and other risks, no guarantees, accredited investor expectations, charitable contributions vs. venture investments, your due diligence obligations, forward-looking statements, and Delaware governing law.

Charitable contributions through Pandi Now (not venture investments).
Governs voluntary gifts to initiatives under or affiliated with the Pandi Now Foundation: what a contribution is (not an investment), how the Foundation receives and uses funds, tax deductibility disclaimers, milestone-based disbursement, refunds in limited cases, and reporting. Venture investments follow the Funder Platform Agreement instead.
