Member Agreement

What it means to be a Pandi Now member

A Pandi Now membership is a commitment to a standard of transparency, honesty, and purposeful action. This document explains what that means and what you agree to as a member.

1. Who Is a Member

You become a Pandi Now member when you create an account. All accounts require registration. There is no anonymous access to the platform. Members may be founders listing initiatives, funders contributing to or investing in initiatives, or individuals who do both.

All members are bound by the Platform Entry Agreement and this Member Agreement. Role-specific agreements apply additionally based on your activity.

2. Member Types

Founder Member

A founder member lists one or more ventures or initiatives on the platform using the Pandi Passport framework. Founders are subject to the Venture Listing Agreement in addition to this Member Agreement.

Funder Member

A funder member browses, evaluates, and engages with initiatives as a potential contributor or investor. Funders are subject to the Funder Platform Agreement in addition to this Member Agreement.

Guest Member

A guest member has a registered account but has not yet listed a venture or engaged as a funder. Guest members may browse the platform and engage with the community but may not transact. Guest members are bound by this Member Agreement and the Platform Entry Agreement.

3. What Membership Gives You

• A profile on the Pandi Now platform
• Access to live initiatives, milestone tracking, and outcome documentation
• The ability to list ventures (Founder) or engage with initiatives (Funder) subject to role agreements
• Access to the Pandi Now community and communications

4. What Membership Is Not

• A guarantee of funding, introductions, or any specific outcome
• A partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship with Pandi Now
• Any ownership interest in Pandi Now Inc. or the Pandi Now Foundation
• An exemption from any law or regulation applicable to you

5. The Member Standard

5.1 Honesty

You submit only accurate, complete, and non-misleading information. If anything material changes, you update it promptly.

5.2 Transparency

You do not conceal conflicts of interest, material risks, or information that other members would reasonably want to know.

5.3 Respect

You engage professionally and in good faith. No harassment, solicitation outside platform processes, or conduct that harms the community.

5.4 Compliance

You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and those of the people you interact with on the platform.

5.5 Accountability

If you make commitments — milestones, reporting, capital schedules — you honour them or communicate clearly if circumstances change.

Pandi Now reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who violates the Member Standard, without refund of any fees paid.

6. Account Security

• Keep your credentials secure and do not share access
• Notify Pandi Now immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

7. Termination

Pandi Now may suspend or terminate your membership for breach of this Agreement, false information, harmful conduct, or non-compliance with applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting hi@pandinow.com. Confidentiality obligations and any outstanding commitments survive termination.

8. Privacy

Pandi Now processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at pandinow.com/privacy.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
