2. All Investments Carry Risk — Including Total Loss

Pandi Now makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding:

• The success, viability, or completion of any initiative
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided by founders
• The achievement of any stated milestone, outcome, or impact goal
• The return of any capital contributed or invested
• The financial condition or legal standing of any founder or initiative

4. Pandi Now Is Not a Broker-Dealer or Investment Advisor

Pandi Now Inc. is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, funding portal, or securities exchange with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA, or any other regulatory authority. Pandi Now does not:

• Execute or facilitate securities transactions
• Hold, transfer, or custody investor funds
• Negotiate investment terms between founders and funders
• Provide analysis of the investment merit of any initiative

5. Accredited Investor Requirement

Certain venture opportunities on this platform are available only to accredited investors as defined under U.S. securities law (Rule 501 of Regulation D) or equivalent definitions under applicable law in your jurisdiction. An accredited investor generally means an individual with:

Contributions (Nonprofit / Foundation Initiatives)

Contributions to initiatives operated under the Pandi Now Foundation or other nonprofit structures are charitable in nature. They are not investments. You do not receive equity, financial returns, or any ownership interest in exchange for a contribution. The tax deductibility of your contribution depends on your jurisdiction and personal circumstances — Pandi Now does not provide tax advice and makes no representation about tax deductibility.

Venture Investments (For-Profit Initiatives)

Capital committed to for-profit ventures carries the expectation of potential financial return. All venture investments require a separate written agreement — a term sheet, subscription agreement, or equivalent — executed directly between you and the founder. Pandi Now is not a party to any such agreement and assumes no responsibility for its terms or execution.

7. Your Responsibility for Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence before making any financial commitment. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reviewing all materials provided by the founder critically and verifying key claims
• Assessing the founder's background, experience, and track record
